At this wellness centre at ANZ Docklands Global Headquarters, Swiss GriP has created non-slip bluestone showers and bathrooms. Our durable, transparent coating has sealed the luxurious bluestone tiles while upgrading them to a P3 slip-rating, making them slip-free in dry and wet conditions.
The polished bluestone tiles at several showers and bathroom did not meet the Australian Standard for Slip Resistance (AS 4663-2013). Swiss GriP Non-Slip Transparent was proposed by JLL as the non-slip solution. In contrast to anti-slip treatments (staining due to etching), Swiss GriP does not damage the bluestone. Instead, it creates a durable, slip-resistant seal on top of the surface.
Our certified installer, Premier Restorations, applied the Swiss GriP coating with an HVLP sprayer to create a non-slip bluestone showers. The tiles now meet the Australian Standard for slip-resistance with a P3 slip-rating. Besides outstanding durability, the Swiss GriP coating has also create an antibacterial finish as our coatings are certified in the ISO 846 standard.
