Swiss GriP Non-Slip: No Cure, No Pay
Swiss GriP Non-Slip: No Cure, No Pay
Swiss GriP is the only non-slip coating certified world-wide by independent institutions. In New Zealand Swiss GriP is certified in accordance to the New Zealand Standards for slip-resistance. For this reason, we are the only provider of non-slip solutions to offer a No Cure, No Pay option on the slip-resistance of our installations.
What does it mean?
Unlike anti-slip treatments, Swiss GriP is independently tested and certified in accordance to NZ4586. Therefore, we guarantee your surface will reach a P4 slip-rating after the Swiss GriP installation.
How does it work?
There are two New Zealand Standards for Slip Resistance of pedestrian surfaces:
- NZ4586: Slip resistance classification of new pedestrian surface materials
- NZ4663: Slip Resistance measurement of existing pedestrian surfaces
After the installation, an independent slip-test is conducted to measure the slip-resistance of Swiss GriP. If the surface does not reach a P4 Slip-Rating in accordance to NZ4663, don’t have to pay. Any independent and accredited institution or company can perform on-site testing.
